fa نقش فرهنگ معلمی در مواجهه با تغییرات برنامه درسی ریاضیات پایه هفتم کمک به اصلاح و بازنگری برنامه‌های درسی مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی پژوهشي Research <p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 16px; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">پژوهش حاضر در صدد کشف نقش فرهنگ معلمی در نوع مواجهه معلمان نسبت به اصلاحات برنامه درسی ریاضی &rlm;دوره متوسطه اول در شهرستان قائمشهر می باشد&lrm;.&lrm;&rlm; یافته های پژوهش کیفی با روش پژوهش پدیدارشناسی نشان داد که&lrm; &lrm;باورهای معلمان نسبت به تغییرات کتاب درسی ریاضی پایه هفتم به دو دسته؛ نگاه مثبت به تغییرات کتاب درسی ریاضی &rlm;پایه هفتم و نگاه منتقدانه ارزیابی شده است. همچنین آن ها دو طیف از رفتار &rlm;را در مواجهه با تغییرات کتاب درسی ریاضیات پایه هفتم به نمایش گذارده‌اند: پذیرش کامل، مقاومت و عدم پذیرش. &rlm;نتایج پژوهش نشان داد، درک فرهنگ معلمی عاملی ضروری برای آغاز هرگونه اصلاح است که با بهبود نگرش به تغییر &rlm;تمایلات معلّمان نسبت به پیشبرد برنامه های درسی جدید مثبت‌تر می شود</span></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 16px; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">This paper wants to discover the role of teaching culture in type of teachers encounter to &lrm;modifications of math schedule of first grade of high school in Qaemshahr. Findings of &lrm;qualitative research by methodology of ethnography showed that teachers belief have been &lrm;evaluated to two positive perspective and critical perspective toward changes of math book &lrm;of &lrm;&rlm;7&rlm;th grade. Also they have presented two spectra of behavior in encountering changes in &lrm;math school books of the &lrm;&rlm;7&rlm;th grade: Full admission&rlm; &rlm;&lrm;,&lrm;&rlm; &rlm;Resistance and rejection.
