fa نقش الگوی آموزش‌های کارآفرینی گدارکسب وکار (KAB) بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی کارآموزان مراکزآموزش فنی وحرفه ای اشاعه و گسترش دانش برنامه درسی گزارش مورد case report <p dir="RTL">هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش آموزش‌های کارآفرینی گدار کسب و کار (<span dir="LTR">KAB</span>) بر مهارت‌های کارآفرینی کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه‌ای می‌باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و روش آن از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کارآموزان مراکز فنی و حرفه‌ای ثابت دولتی و شعب شهری استان اصفهان است که&nbsp; حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول کرجسی و دیگران، 285 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای&nbsp; انتخاب شده‌اند؛ ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامۀ استاندارد مهارت‌های کارآفرینی و پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ساخته آموزش‌های <span dir="LTR">KAB</span> با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 92/0&nbsp; برای هر دو پرسش‌نامه می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از آزمون<span dir="LTR">T</span> مستقل و تحلیل واریانس و معادلات ساختاری&nbsp; لیزرل نشان می‌دهد که رابطۀ معنی‌داری بین آموزش‌های کارآفرینی گدار کسب و کار (<span dir="LTR">KAB</span>) و ابعاد مهارت‌های کارآفرینی (مهارت‌های شخصی، مدیریتی و فنی) وجود دارد. همچنین بین آموزش‌های کارآفرینی، الگوی گدار کسب و کار (<span dir="LTR">KAB</span>) بر حسب ویژگی‌های جمعیت‌شناختی (جنسیت، نوع فعالیت، مدرک و رشتۀ تحصیلی) تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشده است.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <p><strong>Abstract: </strong>The main goal of the present study was to investigate the role of entrepreneurship education model (KAB) to promote trainees entrepreneurial skills in vocational and trainees centers. This study is practical and its methodology is descriptive and is based on the structural modeling of the equations. The population of this study includes the trainees in state-run professional and technical centers and their branches in Isfahan. Based on the Kerjcie table and et al, 285 person are selected by means of clustering according to the appropriate volume; instruments for the compilation of information, the questionnaire for entrepreneurship skills and the researchers&rsquo; questionnaire which is provided by KAB teachings are proved reliable with 0/92 Cronbach Alpha. According to the structural modeling of the equations, T-test and the analysis of the variance the result shows a significant relationship between business entrepreneurship teachings and entrepreneurship&rsquo;s different dimensions (personal, management and technical skills).
