fa سنتز پژوهی در مطالعات تطبیقی نظام های تربیت معلم ایران وجهان انعکاس تجربیات جهانی و بین المللی در حوزه برنامه درسی پژوهشي Research <table align="left" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left" style="padding-top:0in;padding-right:9.0pt;padding-bottom:0in;padding-left:9.0pt;vertical-align:top;"><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">هدف این مقاله، مطالعۀ نظام‌مند و ارائۀ فراترکیبی از الگوهای نظری </span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">و پژوهش‌های</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">انجام‌شده</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> در حوزۀ تطبیق تربیت‌معلم ایران و کشورهای مختلف جهان</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:b lotus;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">است. رویکرد مورد استفاده، کیفی و از نوع سنتز پژوهی است که با روش تحلیل محتوا و به کمک فراترکیب این پژوهش انجام شد. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیۀ کتاب‌ها، مقالات، پایان‌نامه‌ها و پژوهش&shy;های حوزۀ آموزش‌وپرورش تطبیقی به ویژه درزمینۀ تربیت‌معلم است. بیش از 10 کتاب آموزش‌وپرورش تطبیقی که در 15 سال اخیر در ایران نگارش یافته&shy;اند و3 کتاب به زبان انگلیسی،53 مقاله، پایان‌نامه و پژوهش به زبان فارسی وانگلیسی از منابعی بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند به‌عنوان حجم نمونه مورداستفاده قرار گرفتند. نتایج این تحلیل و سپس ترکیب آن&shy;ها، چارچوب مفهومی را درحوزۀ تطبیق نظام&shy;های تربیت‌معلم شکل دادند که حول 3 محور اصلی هست: برنامۀ جامع تربیت‌معلم، الگوهای اجتماعی، الگوهای اقتصادی. این محورها نقش اساسی در روند تربیت‌معلم کشور ایفا می&shy;کند و می&shy;تواند مبنایی برای پژوهشگران تطبیقی در حوزۀ تربیت‌معلم باشد.</span></span></strong></td> </tr> </tbody> </table> <p><div style="clear:both;"></div></p> <p>This purpose of this study was offering a systematic review and a meta-synthesis of the theoretical patterns and studies conducted with the aim of contrasting and comparing teacher training in Iran and worldwide. The approach used in this study included discretional qualitative research synthesis which was fulfilled through content analysis and meta-synthesis. The total corpus for this study included studies, books, and theses conducted with contrastive goals in the field of teacher training in Iran and abroad during 2000 and 2017. The sample corpus included more than 10 books on contrastive education that was published in the past 15 years in Iran, 3 books in English, 35 studies, theses, and research in Persian and English.
