fa مطالعه چالشهای مواجهه ی معلمان دوره ابتدایی با درس پژوهی: یک مطالعه موردی نقد و ارزیابی تحولات برنامه درسی در عرصه اجرا پژوهشي Research پژوهش حاضر به منظور مطالعه چالشهایی که معلمان دوره ابتدایی در خصوص درس‌پژوهی با آن مواجهه هستند، انجام شده است. برای نیل به هدف از روش مطالعه موردی در یک مدرسه استفاده شد. شرکت کنندگان پژوهش، 20 نفر از معلمان ابتدایی در آن مدرسه بودند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری با معلمان و مشاهده مشارکتی بود. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش کدگذاری و مقوله بندی استفاده شد. نتایج ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ معلمان قبل از درسپژوهی با سه دسته از چالشها مواجهند: دانش معلمان در زمینه درس‌پژوهی، انگیزه معلمان برای شرکت در درس‌پژوهی، تشکیل گروه و تعیین وظایف اعضا. حین درس‌پژوهی با سه دسته از چالش‌ها مواجهند که عبارتند از: انتخاب مسئله برای درس‌پژوهی، اجرای درس و جمع آوری داده ها، نقد و بررسی تدریس. بعد از درس‌پژوهی با سه دسته از چالش‌ها ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻨﺪ که عبارتند از: داوری طرح‌های درس‌پژوهی، انتشار نتایج درس‌پژوهی، برگزاری جشنواره درس‌پژوهی. This research aimed to study the challenges which elementary teachers deal with lesson study. This research studied challenges in three stages, before, during and after lesson study. To achieve the aim of the research, a case study in a school was used. Participants of this research have been 20 elementary teacher of that school. Data collection tools have been semi-structured interviews with teachers and participatory observation. Coding and categorizing were used to analyzing data. Findings showed that teachers faced with three categories of challenges before lesson study: teachers' knowledge about lesson study, teachers’ motivation to participatet in lesson study, creating group and determination of the responsibilities of the group members. During lesson study teachers faced with three categories of challenges: selecting problem, implementing lesson and data collection, reviewing and criticizing the lesson.
