fa شناسایی و بررسی مولفه های دانش شخصی پداگوژی محتوای آموزشگران رشته آموزش ابتدائی دانشگاه فرهنگیان Identifying and investigation the components of educator's personal pedagogy content knowledge of elementary education, Farhangian University ترغیب نواندیشی در عرصه نظر و نوآوری در عرصه عمل برنامه ریزی درسی پژوهشي Research <div dir="ltr" style="text-align: right;"><strong>ایده دانش پداگوژی محتوا، در سه بعد «دانش جمعی پداگوژی محتوا»، «دانش شخصی پداگوژی محتوا» و «دانش در عمل پداگوژی محتوا»، دریچه‌ای به قلمرو دانش حرفه‌ای آموزشگران است. هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی مؤلفه‌های دانش شخصی پداگوژی محتوا است که نقش مهمی در فهم و جهت‌گیری آموزشی آموزشگران در موقعیت‌های واقعی کلاس درس فراهم می‌کند. در این پژوهش برای شناسایی و بررسی مؤلفه‌های دانش شخصی پداگوژی محتوا، از رویکرد کیفی استفاده و به شیوه هدفمند یازده نفر از آموزشگران انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه و مشاهده کلاس، به‌طور هم‌زمان، صورت گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد عناصر و مؤلفه‌های سازنده دانش شخصی پداگوژی محتوای آموزشگران شامل پنج مؤلفه اصلی: «هدف از پداگوژی محتوا»، «قلمرو محتوا»، «محتوا و پداگوژی»، «محتوا و برنامه درسی» و «محتوا و ارزشیابی» است. بر اساس تفسیر آموزشگران از مؤلفه‌های شناسایی شده، آموزشگران در دو گروه دیسیپلینمحور و زمینه محور دسته‌بندی شدند.</strong></div> The idea of pedagogy content knowledge in the three dimensions of "collectivepedagogycontent knowledge", "personal pedagogy content knowledge" and "in acted pedagogy content knowledge" is a window into the realm of educatorchr('39')s professional knowledge. The purpose of this study is to identify and investigate the components of personal pedagogy content knowledge that provides an important role in the understandingandeducationalorientationofeducators in real classroom status. In this study, a qualitative approach was used to identify and investigate the components of personal pedagogy content knowledge and11educators were selected in a targeted manner.Data collection and analysis were done simultaneously through interviews and class observations. Findings showed that the elements and components of educatorchr('39')spersonal content knowledge include five main components: thepurposeofcontent pedagogy, content realm, content and pedagogy, content and curriculum, content and valuation.
