fa بررسی فرایند مقاومت معلمان دوره ابتدایی در برابر برنامه درسی رسمی نقد و ارزیابی تحولات برنامه درسی در عرصه اجرا كاربردي Applicable <span dir="RTL">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی فرایند مقاومت معلمان دوره ابتدایی در برابر اجرای برنامه&shy;درسی رسمی انجام پذیرفت. رویکرد پژوهش حاضر،کیفی بوده و از روش نظریه زمینه&shy;ای در این پژوهش استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری شامل معلمان دوره ابتدایی استان آذربایجان‌&shy;شرقی بود. فرآیند نمونه‌گیری و انتخاب مشارکت‌کنندگان تا رسیدن به اشباع داده‌ها ادامه یافت و در نهایت 18 نفر از معلمان دوره ابتدایی با استفاده از روش نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس انتخاب گردیدند. نتایج نشان داد که &quot;مقاومت منطقی&quot; به عنوان پدیده محوری ، &quot;عدم توانمندسازی معلمان، عدم مشارکت دانش&shy;آموز و کمبود امکانات آموزشی&quot; به عنوان شرایط زمینه&shy;ای، &quot;انحرافات برنامه&shy;درسی، شخصیت معلم، کاستی های کتابهای درسی و ناتوانی معلم&quot; به عنوان شرایط علی، &quot;اعتقادات معلم و شرایط فرهنگی&quot; به عنوان شرایط مداخله&shy;گر، &quot;پیامدهای مربوط به برنامه درسی و شکوفایی قابلیت&shy;های معلم&quot; به عنوان پیامد و &quot;راهکارهای آموزشی، توجه به نیازهای دانش&shy;آموزان و بهینه&shy;سازی برنامه&shy;درسی&quot; به عنوان راهبردها شناسایی گردیدند. </span> The aim of this study was to investigate the process of primary school teachers resistance to implementation of the formal curriculum. The approach of the present study was qualitative and the Grounded theory method was used in this research. The statistical population included primary school teachers in East Azerbaijan province. The process of sampling and selection of participants continued until data saturation was achieved and Finally, 18 elementary school teachers were selected using available sampling method.
