fa آموزش و یادگیری در کلاس‌های چندپایه: چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها بررسی چالش های نظام برنامه ریزی درسی کشور و ارائۀ راهکارهای مناسب برای بهبود آن كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">کلاس‌های چندپایه برای گروه‌های کوچکی از دانش‌آموزان به کار گرفته می‌شود که در آن یک معلم برای هر پایه غیرعملی است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت موجود آموزش و یادگیری در کلاس‌های چندپایه از دیدگاه معلمان استان خراسان شمالی است. برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش پژوهش پدیدارشناسانه به‌عنوان روشی کیفی استفاده شد. شرکت‌کنندگان در مصاحبه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با توجه به میزان فاصله از مناطق شهری انتخاب شدند. اشباع نظر در مصاحبه شماره ده به دست آمد اما تا نفر هجدهم ادامه یافت. یافته‌های حاصل از مصاحبه به روش کلایزی مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. درنهایت وضعیت موجود در سه حوزه زیرساخت، آموزش &nbsp;و یادگیری مشخص شد. پژوهش حاضر نشان‌دهنده برخی نقاط قوت و ضعف کلاس‌های چندپایه از دیدگاه معلمان است و به سیاست‌گذاران وضعیت موجود آن را، جهت ارتقاء کیفیت نشان می‌دهد.&nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Multi-grade classes are used for small groups of students in which one teacher for each gread is impractical. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of education and learning in multigrade classrooms from the perspective of teachers in North Khorasan province. To achieve this goal, phenomenological research method was used as a qualitative method. Participants in the interview were selected using purposive sampling method according to the distance from urban areas. Saturation was obtained in interview number ten, but continued until the eighteenth person. The findings of the interview were analyzed by Colaizzi method.
