fa سنتزپژوهی مولفه های دانش فرهنگی معلمان انعکاس تجربیات جهانی و بین المللی در حوزه برنامه درسی پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span b="" lotus="" style="font-family:">هدف پژوهش حاضر، استخراج مولفه&shy;های دانش فرهنگی معلمان است. روش تحقیق، سنتز آثار پژوهشی مرتبط در بازه زمانی 200 تا 2020 برگرفته از پایگاه&shy;های اطلاعاتی داخلی و بین&shy;المللی است. تعداد 533 پژوهش علمی شناسایی و پس از بررسی&shy;های لازم، 34 پژوهش به مرحله نخست سنتز وارد شدند که با استفاده از روش سنتزپژوهی ساسکویس، هان و رودلا ترکیبی بهینه از نتایج آن&shy;ها ارائه گردید. استفاده از ارزیاب برای کدگذاری مجدد یافته&shy;ها، بیان شفاف آنچه انجام شده است و وجود شاخص&shy;های معین و قابل دفاع برای انتخاب مطالعات ورودی، جهت ارتقاء اعتبار پژوهش استفاده گردید. طبق یافته&shy;های حاصل، در حوزه دانش فرهنگی معلمان مولفه&shy;های 11 گانه شناسایی گردید؛ مولفه مسائل بین&shy;فرهنگی؛ فرهنگ دانش&shy;آموزان؛ فرهنگ عمومی؛ فرهنگ بومی؛ فرهنگ و مسائل اجتماعی؛ چند فرهنگی؛ فرهنگ و تعلیم و تربیت؛ ارزش&shy;های فرهنگی؛ هویت فرهنگی؛ فرهنگ سازمانی و فرهنگ و تربیت معلم. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The purpose of the current research is to extract the components of teachers&#39; cultural knowledge. The research method is the synthesis of related research works in the period from 2000 to 2020 taken from internal and international databases. A number of 533 scientific researches were identified and after the necessary checks, 34 researches were included in the first stage of synthesis.</span><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Using the evaluator to recode the findings, clearly state what has been done, and the presence of definite and defensible indicators to select the input studies was used to improve the credibility of the research.
